3. Eligibility & Account

Amlood may provide features such as browsing services, bookings/reservations, payments, wallet balance, transaction history (“Movements”), and related communications. Availability of features may vary by location.
5. Bookings, Payments, and Wallet
5.1 Payments
- Prices and applicable taxes/fees will be shown before you confirm payment (where applicable).
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their terms may apply.
5.2 Wallet & Movements
- Your wallet balance reflects eligible credits/debits recorded in your movements history.
- Wallet balance is not a bank account and may not earn interest.
- We may suspend wallet features in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the service type and are shown at the time of booking or in applicable policy pages. If a refund is approved, it may be returned to the original payment method or to your wallet, depending on the case and payment provider rules.
7. User Conduct
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
- Do not interfere with the Service’s security or integrity.
